i wanted the feeling of living somewhere else, so we hopped in the car and headed toward my old stomping grounds – the capitol of new york state! yeah, i totally drive to work in albany everyday, and we eat at our favorite mexican restaurant there once a week. but this was different, i wanted to feel like a tourist. it worked!
We did that the other weekend! Had lunch at Bombers and then spend the afternoon walking around the empire museum. I’d never been there before, and it took a “tourist day” to make that happen.
