		<description>I also don&#039;t like the highly processed oatmeal that is sold.. your recipe sounds great! Myself, I add some Salba to it once it is cooked, no need to add more, cuz Salba contains all you need: omega-3, fibre, and antioxidants. SO EASY!</description>
