behind the scenes
you might remember almost foodies as the potluck club of 20 and 30 somethings. it sort of fizzled out. the name is so good, i couldn’t let it go. so here we are. 2012. i’m still food obsessed. i spend my time hanging out with violet, my 11 month old baby. she is quite active and wants to be around me at all times. cooking is a real challenge, but i’m finding ways to make it work. whole foods are really important to me. i want to raise her to know good food. how do you eat well on a budget? it’s really tough! off-season organic food is not cheap. and how do you make a meal from scratch every night? i’m somehow doing it. i thought it would be nice to talk about it here and share tips.
